Sifu Mirza is the Certified Master Trainer for ARP (Accelerated Retuning Practices) Program and Certified Trainer of PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad – TTT/0981) and HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation). Sifu Mirza obtained his Master in Natural Healing (Supplementary Medicine) majoring in REIKI, a self healing techniques beside having a Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Transport from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam.
Sifu Mirza is the Trainer, Motivator & Coach for BaitulUmmah, a non profit organization that emphasize on Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fatonah (4 Excellence Attitudes of Supreme Leadership). He believes that only by adapting the 4 attitudes, people will change, people will succeed, and people will excel and lead a better life.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Sifu Mirza definitely will help to blend the people and their surroundings with a balanced and fully energized mind, body, soul, emotions and environment. In corporate and business world, Sifu Mirza had been entrusted to lead the Financial and Administration of Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3) and the Marketing Department of the pioneer & leading ‘Direct Response TV’; SmartShop.

Rozainy Din is a highly sought after and experienced learning facilitator and has over ten years senior management experienced within the service industry.
During his career he has held various senior positions ranging from Director of Client Services and Business Development in the local distributor such as Guntong Holdings Sdn Bhd and Testnet Sdn Bhd serving the international principal of the largest US independent System Telecommunication Manufacturer, Inet Technologies Inc. in Richardson, Dallas and Nettest in Denmark to Training Consultant where he managed a multi-disciplined team of 400 people. He also was responsible for the management and roll out of a network of new offices in Asia.
Rozainy’s approach to clients is one of partnership, working hard to understand their business needs in order to ensure that their people are developed in a way that moves the business forward. He has a very practical and down to earth style, with the ability to inspire whoever he encounters to get involved, open up, and to go on confidently and apply the learning long after the intervention ends.
Rozainy has worked with a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sectors, creating and facilitating bespoke learning experiences for groups and individuals at all levels within organizations.
ROHAIZAD OMAR
ARP MASTER TRAINER
Comes from an IT Technical background. He has been involved in various part of the technical stage of IT including becoming Sales and Marketing, Pre Sales Engineer and Project Manager. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, USA.
He has extensive experience working with various government agencies as well as multi national company. Prior to being a trainer, he leads a team of engineers to work on the single largest IT contract developing Total Hospital Information System nationwide.
He is also part of a team managing Ericsson Global IT Services for Asia Pacific as part of the Kuala Lumpur hub.
Rohaizad keen interest in Human Development and Natural Science had made him obtained Mastery in Reiki-LVT (Natural Healing System), a rare subject matter which relates to natural self healing via the Universal Life Force Energy.
KAMAL ARIF MAZ MASNAN
ARP TRAINER
Kamal Arif Maz bin Masnan is coming from IT Technical background. He has been involved in various part of the technical stage of IT including becoming Developer, System Analyst, Project Manager and Solution Architect. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
He was under employment with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Mesiniaga Berhad, Precision Portal Sdn Bhd, DiJulang Technology Sdn Bhd and Edymium Technology Sdn Bhd.
He has worked with government agencies such as Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan, Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri and Jabatan Alam Sekitar Selangor. He also has worked with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd and Commerce International Bank.
He is bringing a unique value of Strategic Management Training whereby he will expose his bottom up experience in developing IT solution with various organizations to the participant of Strategic Management Training.
FAIROS ABDULLAH

Fairos Abdullah is also a Executive Solution and a Trainer. He has vast training experience in area such as Sales, Products, Communications, Promotions and Advertising in general. His keen interest Human Potential Developments has made him finding ways for people to discover their inner strengths and use these to improve their life.
Working experienced for almost 15 years in factory sector at MSG (Malaysian Sheet Glass Berhad) and expert in marketing and promotional areas with Wholesaler Worldwide Network Inc., Canada Base Company. He is a professional with a strong desire to teach others and provide excellent solutions. His previous work experiences have established his skills in teaching adults; customizing content to meet the learner’s needs and giving them solid learning foundation.
Apart from corporate trainings he is a highly renowned and experienced Spiritual Counselor. He is a certified Reiki-LVT Trainer and trainer for Motivational Workshops.
MOHD FAHMI TAIB
ARP TRAINER
Fahmi has experience of facilitating multi-cultural courses and has delivered to delegates speaking business English throughout Malaysia.
He is also a facilitator, helping organisations to look at leadership, teamwork and individual communication styles. His aviation, sales and retail background make him an ideal facilitator of interpersonal and soft skills.
He has extensive experience in the customer and communication service industry at all levels; therefore his facilitation skills reflect reality using a gently humorous and common sense approach with plenty of opportunity for discussion, interaction and accelerated learning experiences.
With that know ledges and skill that he had, SCA has put him to lead the Corporate Affairs Division which under him is Corporate Department and Corporate Relation Department.
